KANSANSHI DYNAMOS CONFIRMS PLAYER DEPARTURES
Kansanshi Dynamos Football Club can confirm that three players will depart the Club ahead of the 2026 Transitional League.
Following the expiry of his contract, forward Kalonji Mwepu has decided not to extend his stay with the Club. The forward leaves after two seasons with the Fearless Mabanga Boys, having finished as the Club’s leading goalscorer in both campaigns.
Striker Brian Mwila and left-back Joseph Chomba will also depart the Club following the expiry of their respective contracts. Mwila spent one season with Kansanshi Dynamos, while Chomba served the Club for two seasons
Meanwhile, right-back Cornelius Mwendela has extended his loan spell with National League side Chambishi FC for the 2026 Transitional League.
Kansanshi Dynamos Football Club extends its sincere appreciation to Kalonji, Brian, Joseph and Cornelius for their commitment, professionalism and contribution to the Club, and wishes them every success in their future endeavours.
As preparations for the 2026 Transitional League continue, the Club remains committed to strengthening the squad. Further announcements regarding player arrivals will be made in due course once all necessary processes have been concluded.
