Kansanshi Dynamos FC will tomorrow conclude their 2025/26 MTN Super League campaign with a home fixture against Nkana FC in Week 34 of 34.

With every team eager to finish the season on a strong note, the Mabanga Boys will be hoping to give their supporters something to celebrate in what promises to be an exciting encounter at Independence Stadium.

It has been a season filled with challenges, lessons and resilience for Kansanshi Dynamos FC, from a difficult start to the campaign to eventually securing survival in the closing stages of the season.

Currently sitting 10th on the table with 42 points from 10 wins, 12 draws and 11 defeats, Kansanshi Dynamos will be aiming to end the campaign positively in front of their home supporters.

Ahead of the fixture, players and club officials took to the streets on Thursday as part of the club’s fan engagement and ticket-selling activation, interacting with supporters and encouraging fans to turn up in numbers for the final home game of the season.

The Mabanga Boys head into the match looking to bounce back from their defeat away to Nkwazi FC, while also seeking revenge against Nkana following the first-round meeting between the two sides.

KDFC Assistant Coach Denn is Makinka previewing the match acknowledged the challenge awaiting the team but remained confident of a strong performance.

> “It’s going to be a tough match and a very tactical game. Nkana are also looking to finish on a good note, but we also want maximum points because we see this game as a landmark for our beginning next season,” he said.

> “Nkana are a strong and experienced side. They are very physical and quick in transition, especially going forward, so we expect a fast and difficult game. But we have prepared very well.”

The coach also emphasized the importance of ending the season strongly for the supporters who have stood with the club throughout difficult moments this season.

> “Our supporters have been amazing from day one. Even during difficult moments, they kept supporting us everywhere we went. We want to give them something to smile about and something to look forward to next season.”

Recent meetings between the two sides have always produced tightly contested matches, with both teams sharing several draws over the years.
